Return Conditions:

  • Incorrect Item: We will accept returns only if the item received differs from the one shown in the product photos and your order.
  • Shipping Damage: If the product shows visible damage caused during shipping and we can determine that it was due to a deficiency in our packaging, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.
  • Unboxing Video: To process any return request, we require a clear and complete video of opening the package. This video should show the package contents and the item in question. We recommend recording the moment of delivery to document any external damage to the package.

Return Process:

  • Notification: Send us an email to eMaiL or contact us via WhatsApp at +52 5633983550 to inform us of the discrepancy and request a return authorization.
  • Video: Send us the unboxing video to the same contact.
  • Refund: Once we have verified the information and the video, we will proceed to refund the full amount of the incorrect item or make a replacement as appropriate.

Important Considerations:

  • Quality Assurance: We ensure that all products are shipped correctly and match the images shown on our website.
  • Secure Packaging: Our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. However, if you detect any damage to the package upon delivery, we recommend recording it as evidence.
  • Shipping Damage: At LATIN MUSIC, we take responsibility for damages caused during shipping due to inadequate packaging.

Exceptions:

  • Change of Mind: Returns will not be accepted for changes of mind or errors in product selection.
  • Customer-Caused Damage: Returns will not be accepted for changes or damage intentionally caused by the customer after receiving the product.
